Safari Highlights
This tour takes you to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara on a 7 days, 6 nights safari. Its a mix of wildlife game viewing, bird watching and guided walking safari.
Amboseli is known as a major host of african Elephants and other wildlife sightings backed with the peak view of Mount Kilimajaro which borders the park to the south.
Lake Naivasha is known for the guided walking safari, boat ride and bird watching. We shall spend the first day here enjoying a boat ride while watching birds.
Masai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya’s popular tourist attraction because of its highest wildlife concentration per kilometer, Big Five and yearly wildebeest migration. Abundant Bird life over 450 species recorded.
Safari Program
Day 1
Nairobi – Amboseli
Meal plan.Lunch,Dinner.
0730hrs: Pick up from your Nairobi airport / Nairobi hotel
Depart for the Kenya safari tour.
The morning drive shall take us via the Nairobi- Mombasa highway.
Overnight at your Amboseli safari lodge or tented camp.
Day 2
Amboseli National Park
Meal plan. Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
This will be a full day of game viewing drives. Plenty of time to soak up the wildlife and the magnificent scenery. And we’ve allowed time for relaxation as well.
There will be an early morning game drive. Then breakfast will be followed by a mid-morning drive. After a comfortable lunch we’ll set out on a later afternoon game drive.
Between the wildlife viewing sessions, relax at your Amboseli lodge or camp. They will provide meals and other activities.
As always, your safari vehicle and driver/ guide are at your disposal for even more game viewing drives.
Overnight at your Amboseli safari lodge / tented camp.
Day 3
Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Proceed to the Lake Naivasha at the floors of the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at the Lake Naivasha in time for lunch
Afternoon boat safari at the Lake Naivasha where you view exotic birdlife and hippos amid the serenity of this freshwater rift valley lake.
Later proceed for a guided walking safari at the Crescent Island.
Overnight at your Lake Naivasha safari lodge / tented camp.
Day 4
Lake Naivasha
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
We shall hire bikes and cycle to the nearby Hel’ls gate national park where you explore on foot this canyon as you spot small game.
Day 5
Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Go for a Boat Ride to Crescent Island where you will be doing a nature walk next to zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, waterbucks, antelopes and many types of birds. In the afternoon, we will take you to a restaurant for lunch (cost of lunch is not included) and then we head back to Nairobi. On reaching Nairobi in the evening, you will be dropped of at the airport or your hotel.
Proceed to the Masai mara game reserve.
Arrive Masai Mara and proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive.
Overnight at your Masai Mara safari lodge or tented camp.
Day 6
Full Day – Masai Mara
Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza!
Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the nature.
It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region.
The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities.
We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game.
We shall visit the Mara river where we may watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October).
Overnight shall be at our Masai Mara safari lodge/ Tented camp
Day 7
Masai Mara – Nairobi
Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch.
Early pre-breakfast game viewing drive.
Depart Masai Mara with an exit game viewing drive.
Later depart for Nairobi to arrive approximately 4:30 pm.
Birdlife abounds with flamingoes seen in their thousands together with pelicans and other bird species.
Drop off at your Nairobi hotel or Nairobi airport.
